We typically look to manage businesses that operate in attractive niche markets and have strong management that is capable of executing strategies to enhance operating performance and drive growth.  Imperial looks to establish long-term partnerships with high quality management teams.

Focus

• Lower middle-market companies with cash flow of up to $10 million

• Privately owned companies primarily based in the central and southern mid-continent region of the United States

• Facilitate management buyouts, businesses recapitalizations and growth equity

• Target industries include:
