Imperial Private Equity, Inc. was incorporated in 2009 to manage privately-owned lower middle market businesses. We look to manage businesses that operate in attractive niche markets and have strong management that is capable of executing strategies to enhance operating performance and drive growth. We focus primarily in the southern and western U.S.  We work closely with management teams to improve internal support processes and systems, identify strategic organic growth opportunities, and acquire synergistic complementary businesses. Imperial looks to form long term partnerships in order to be a trusted partner of small to middle market companies that delivers the highest sense of integrity and the fortitude to grow opportunistically.
